Please complete the form below to register your child for the Sunshine Coast Youth Choir. If you have more than one child joining the choir, please complete a SEPARATE registration for each child.
As choral educators, we want to provide your child with the best learning experience. To achieve this, are there any physical/learning/behavioural needs of which we should be aware? If yes, please provide details below.
Sunshine Coast Youth Choir values the generosity of parents in supporting our objective to bring wonderful opportunities to our children. Please select which areas you can assist in throughout the year and feel welcome to leave a comment.
By clicking on the 'SUBSCRIBE' button below you agree to pay the Sunshine Coast Youth Choir annual membership registration fee of $50.00 per child, in addition to applicable term fees (Standard Fees $90 per term). Further notice about term fees will be issued within the first few weeks of term.
